The
first and most important step in creating a custom program, is learning
how to identify limiting beliefs, so they can be turned into positive
suggestions.
Much like seeing the silver lining in every cloud, we must first start with the basics.
Many of us have ongoing blocks, or
limiting beliefs, which can make it difficult for us when it comes to
achieving goals. In many ways, happiness is a state of mind.
Many of
our emotional patterns and limiting beliefs are established in our
childhood and in turn burned into our subconscious mind, only to be
repeated in a never-ending monologue with ourselves.
Our lives are often a series of repeating patterns, thanks to our seemingly brilliant subconscious mind.
The reason for this is actually very simple. The subconscious mind simply repeats and replays the same tapes over and over, much like the hard drive on a computer. It will keep repeating this in a never-ending cycle, until we learn how to swap out the old tapes for new ones, its really that simple. Put in other terms, this is not rocket science.
So many of are carrying around excess
baggage that in the end, doesn’t really serve our purposes any longer.
Think of how much you could achieve if you could simply dump this
baggage, once and for all. Much like going to a magical garden and
sweeping up the debris, emotional garbage can be released as easy as
that.
When you learn how to alter your life using these techniques, you are free to go pursue your passions and change the world.
